Worship Services At East Point Presbyterian Church...

Traditional Worship Service: NEW TIME! Beginning at 9:45 AM, we offer a traditional worship service held in a beautiful sanctuary, surrounded by stained glass windows, and led by our wonderful and caring pastor, the Rev. Roosevelt Winfrey, Jr., who has been with us for more than 10 years!

Children are always welcome in the Worship service!
"Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these."" Matthew 19:14

During the Worship service, there is a delightful Children's Sermon where all the children are invited to join the Pastor at the front of the sanctuary for a special message. Afterwards, children may either return to the pews, go downstairs to Children's Church, or go to the nursery, whatever you and your child are most comfortable with. (NOTE: Nursery services are available during Sunday School and Worship for those who are interested.)

Sunday School: NEW TIME! Sunday School starts at 11:00 AM for adults and children. We have two classes for the adults to chose from and a class for children.

  • Children ages three years old and up meet downstairs in room 107. (Younger children will be cared for in our nursery!)
  • Our Covenant Class meets in the Session Room and will be using the Present Word study guide.
  • NEW CLASS!! This new class will be meeting in the Patio Room, on the first floor in the Family Life Ministries area. This class will use the text Being Reformed; Faith Seeking Understanding; Worship as Evangalism.
  • Nursery services are available during Sunday School for children from birth up to three years old.

"In his grace, God has given us different gifts for doing certain things well. So if God has given you the ability to prophesy, speak out with as much faith as God has given you. If your gift is serving others, serve them well. If you are a teacher, teach well. If your gift is to encourage others, be encouraging. If it is giving, give generously. If God has given you leadership ability, take the responsibility seriously. And if you have a gift for showing kindness to others, do it gladly."
