Ministries Supported by EPPC...
We do our best to support the community we are in by providing operational space for the following ministries as well as other community groups. (NOTE: Clicking on a link will open a new browser window.)
- Family Life Ministries: Striving to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of those who fall between the cracks of society - the poor, the homeless, the underprivileged, this wonderful ministry operates from our building, not only with our support, but also with the support of many area churches, individuals, corporations and volunteers.
- Alcoholics Anonymous: The East Point Group of Alcoholics Anonymous meets in the Fellowship Hall of East Point Presbyterian Church on Tuesdays and Fridays at 8:00 PM. For more information on Alcoholics Anonymous, see the links below:
- Girl Scouts: We are proud to have four groups of Girl Scouts meeting in our building! For more information on Girl Scouts, see the links below:
We also do our best to support other causes.
- We support the Children's Home in Alabama by collecting Campbell Soup labels. Just save the front label and put them in the bag on the Presbyterian Women bulletin board just outside of Hitchcock Hall.
- We support the Church Women United (all inclusive) by collecting cancelled postage stamps. Just save the cancelled postage stamps from your mail and put them in the bag on the Presbyterian Women bulletin board just outside of Hitchcock Hall.
- We support the Ronald McDonald House by collecting aluminum canned pop tabs (the part you pull with your finger). Just save the ones from the tops of your canned drinks and place them in the bucket near the outside doors to the Fellowship Hall.

"In his grace, God has given us different gifts for doing certain things well. So if God has given you the ability to prophesy, speak out with as much faith as God has given you. If your gift is serving others, serve them well. If you are a teacher, teach well. If your gift is to encourage others, be encouraging. If it is giving, give generously. If God has given you leadership ability, take the responsibility seriously. And if you have a gift for showing kindness to others, do it gladly."
